Privacy Policy

DreamWild, ABN 45 675 551 783. Updated 28 September 2026.

This notice explains how we handle information from our public website, launch notification list and support requests. The section about existing studio access applies if you already have access to the studio. Joining the launch list does not create an account, subscription or payment obligation.

The launch list

When you ask us to notify you, we collect your email address, the date of your request, the page or form source, and the wording and version of the permission you gave. We use that information to keep the list, send the launch notification you requested, handle your requests and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

Joining is optional. You can browse without joining. We cannot send you the launch notification without an email address. Joining does not reserve a price or start a charge. We do not add you to other brands' lists or sell your address.

Please enter your own email address and join only if you are at least 18. Do not submit sensitive information through the signup form.

Website and security information

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and stores the launch list for us. Its services receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address, requested page and browser information. The signup service uses a keyed, pseudonymous network identifier and request counts to limit repeated submissions. It does not store your raw IP address in the launch-list or rate-limit tables.

Cloudflare Web Analytics also loads a beacon from static.cloudflareinsights.com to measure page visits and performance in aggregate. It does not set a cookie or use browser storage to identify you, but each request passes connection and browser information to Cloudflare.

If you contact us, we also receive the information you include in your message. Please send only what is needed to handle your request. Our Cookie Notice explains the browser storage and measurement used on the website. We do not send the email address entered in the signup form to a public analytics report.

If you already have studio access

We handle the account and project information needed for the functions you use. This can include your email address and account identifiers; prompts, scripts and uploaded reference media; voice and generation settings; generated images, narration, captions and video; and project versions, job records and export information. Content can include information about you or other people, including generated depictions that are inaccurate.

We use this information to authenticate access, process your instructions, organise and store projects, deliver outputs, provide support and protect the service. Where you make a purchase, we also handle plan, subscription, credit, transaction and invoice information needed to administer it. Stripe handles payment-method details through its payment interface.

Please provide only material you are authorised to submit. Do not send highly sensitive information or another person's confidential information unless the relevant service and arrangements have been approved for that use. Existing access does not mean that a customer DPA or special data-handling arrangement has been agreed. Where we process business-controlled content on a customer's instructions, the customer's role and instructions must be distinguished from our independent account, payment and legal administration.

Service providers and overseas processing

Cloudflare provides website and application infrastructure, databases, security and media storage. Resend delivers configured sign-in and other service emails. Incoming support messages pass through a Google-hosted mail route. Stripe processes payments where you buy a service.

For studio operations, relevant content is sent to the provider used for that operation: OpenAI for scripts and related text, Inworld for narration, and fal for selected image and video generation. Some fal models send content to their model partners. These operations do not send every account's content to every provider. We do not send launch-list addresses to AI generation services.

Providers can retain information for service delivery, security, abuse prevention and their applicable legal obligations. Their settings and retention periods differ. We do not promise that every provider uses zero retention or that copying an output into DreamWild erases its upstream copy. Authorised people assisting us may access relevant information for support, administration, security or legal obligations, limited to the relevant purpose.

Information can be processed overseas, including in the United States. Resend account data is stored in the United States irrespective of its sending region. Our infrastructure does not impose Australia-only processing. Contact support@dreamwild.ai for information about providers and safeguards relevant to your use. A general acceptance of this notice is not used to waive applicable overseas-disclosure safeguards or accountability.

We may disclose limited information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid legal process, prevent abuse or protect legal rights. We do not treat a signup as permission for unrelated marketing.

Retention and removal from the launch list

We keep the launch-list entry while it is needed to provide the notification you requested. We review it after the launch notification or if launch plans are abandoned. You can ask to leave the list at any time by emailing support@dreamwild.ai from the address you used.

We stop using an address for launch messages when its permission is withdrawn. We may retain a limited suppression or consent record where needed to respect that choice, resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. A request to remove an entry is handled by our team; the signup form is not an automated account-deletion service.

Studio versions and deletion requests

Studio projects retain versions, including superseded media and metadata. Cancelling a subscription does not itself delete that history. The current project Trash feature provides a 30-day recovery period; expiry of that period does not by itself permanently erase stored media or all versions.

Contact support@dreamwild.ai to request deletion, account closure or information about retained copies. We will assess the request, verify identity or authority proportionately, and explain what action has been completed, what remains and any lawful reason for retaining information. Account closure, renewal cancellation and deletion of a particular project are separate actions. A pending deletion request must not be presented as completed erasure.

Backup, recovery and provider copies require separate handling. We have not yet completed and verified automatic erasure across these copies. This does not limit an applicable legal right or extend a legal deadline. We will not describe all copies as deleted while relevant copies remain. Financial, dispute and security records may need a different retention period from creative content; this does not justify keeping every creative file indefinitely.

Security

We use access controls and operational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks. No internet service can eliminate all risk, and that does not remove our duty to take reasonable and legally required precautions. We do not claim absolute security, a certification or universal end-to-end encryption.

If a security incident triggers a notification obligation, we will assess it and notify affected people and authorities as required by applicable law.

Access, correction and complaints

Email support@dreamwild.ai to request access, correct your details, withdraw permission, request deletion or raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may also have rights to restriction, objection or portability. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority. We will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling part of a request and respond within the applicable legal timeframe.

Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Where information is controlled by a business customer, we may need to coordinate with that customer without abandoning an obligation we owe directly to you.

We will review your complaint and respond. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or the relevant privacy regulator in your country. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this notice.

Changes

We will update this notice if the information we collect or the way we use it changes. Joining the launch list does not automatically agree you to future paid-service terms or broader marketing. We will obtain any additional permission or other legal basis required for a new purpose, and give notice of material changes where required.
